By accessing or using Gradillo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Gradillo is an AI-powered grading platform that helps educators grade student submissions more efficiently. The Service allows teachers to create classes, define rubrics, upload student work, and receive AI-assisted grades and feedback.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing and finalizing all AI-generated grades before sharing them with students. Gradillo is a grading assistant, not a replacement for teacher judgment.
• You must have appropriate authorization to upload student work to the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the Service or use it for any unlawful purpose.

AI-generated content

Grades and feedback generated by AI are suggestions only. They may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that Gradillo does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated output and that final grading decisions are your responsibility.

Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Gradillo a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the grading service.

Limitation of liability

Gradillo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gradillo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
